Repost: Enjoyed participating in the KIMRA Conference with the AlphaSense team. Three key themes stood out:

1// The skills that will define great knowledge workers are human. Critical thinking, adaptability, and curiosity paired with AI literacy alongside them. The risk isn’t that AI replaces knowledge workers; it’s that those who don’t develop these skills alongside AI fluency will get left behind.

2// Data quality is a key differentiator in a noisy AI era. Everyone has access to models but not everyone has access to reliable, differentiated data. Strategic partnerships with trusted providers, combined with unlocking internal enterprise knowledge, will be a significant unlock for organizations that get this right.

3// AI agents should be treated as co-workers. The teams scaling success are embedding agents into repeatable daily workflows, but it requires ruthless prioritisation and disciplined execution. Tokenmaxxing is becoming a real concern when deploying at enterprise scale.

Thanks to fellow panelists Andrew Cosgrove (EY), Lianne Sherlock (Oliver Wyman), and Dominic King (Accenture) for challenging the status quo!

“Thank you very much for the event. I thought it was a great event, lots of interesting conversations and insights. Also I really like the format and size of the audience, not too small and not too big. Good balance of breaks and sessions gave everyone an opportunity to meet and have conversations on the side.”

“Enjoyed connecting and sharing ideas, experiences and insights at the KIMRA Conference yesterday. Hope it transpires that this was the inaugural event and that there’s more to come! This was certainly a valuable day and worth taking time out of the office for.”
